Juveniles Apprehended During Alleged Break-In Attempt in N. Columbus

COLUMBUS (Ken Hines) -- Two juveniles are in police custody after allegedly trying to smash a store window during an attempted break-in on Monday morning.

The young suspects were apprehended at Weber Auto Service at approximately 6 a.m. after they allegedly damaged a window while trying to gain entry to the North Columbus business.

Police have not released the suspects' names, but have confirmed that they are each under the age of 18.

Workers began the process of replacing the damaged window just hours after the attempted break-in occurred.
