FIT BY FEB: Join the Challenge!
Get fit by February! We want YOU to join Adam, Maria and Phil to commit to be Fit by February.
Here are the Fit by Feb guidelines for January:
- No soda
- Cheat or treat only once a week
- No more than two alcoholic drinks per week
- Exercise three times a week
- Prepare two meals a day from home
