Police Release Images from W. Columbus Gas Station Robbery

COLUMBUS (Ken Hines) -- Police hope newly-released surveillance images will lead to the arrest of an armed robber who struck at a West Side gas station on Saturday night.

The unidentified suspect brandished a handgun while robbing the UDF at 901 Norton Road at approximately 11:13 p.m. He fled the store on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The suspect is described as Caucasian, approximately 25-years old, 5'3"-5'5" tall, and 145-170 lbs. He was wearing a dark-colored bandana, gray plaid hooded jacket, and jeans at the time of the robbery.
