Missing Lancaster Woman - Found

LANCASTER (Chelsea Spears) -- A trip to the grocery store lasted much longer than planned, leaving one Lancaster family in distress for nearly 15 hours.

Amery E. Runyon, 76, suffers from dementia. She went to the grocery on Saturday around 7 p.m., but her family grew concerned when she did not return.

Runyon's family reported her missing that same night.

The Lancaster Police Department began searching for Runyon, who was in a light blue 1998 Oldsmobile Intrigue at the time she went missing.

At around 10:40 a.m. Sunday, the Hocking County Sheriff's Office found Runyon safely located in her Oldsmobile outside Grandma Fay's grocery store in the Old Man's Cave area.

Runyon suffered no injuries.
