Westerville Police Continue Search for Missing Man

WESTERVILLE (Maria Durant) -- Police were still searching for a Westerville man days after he went missing.

James Martin, 38, was last seen Jan. 2. Police said he went to the Dug Out bar in Pataskala after work and hasn't been seen since.

Westerville Detective Larry French said officers did a grid search for Martin on Thursday.

"We went down roads and alleys in a two mile radius of the bar looking for him," he said. "We did not find him."

Police have also used helicopters to help with the search, hoping to spot his car. They found no evidence of his car running of the road.

Martin reportedly weighs 151 pounds and stands 6'1". He has blonde hair and blue eyes.
He was last seen driving a dark green 1994 Honda Accord with Ohio plates GCA-4498.

Westerville police have asked anyone with information to call officers (614) 882-7444.
