Man Arrested After Steubenville Special Grand Jury Indictment
STEUBENVILLE, Ohio -- A Mingo Junction man was arrested Monday afternoon. He was the first person incited by the special grand jury reviewing the Stubenville teen rape case earlier in the day.
William Rhinaman is charged with Tampering with Evidence, Obstructing Justice, Obstructing Official Business and Perjury.
The charges against the 53-year old are related to his position as an information technology employee of Steubenville City Schools.
Attorney General DeWine said, This is the first indictment in an ongoing grand jury investigation. Our goal remains to uncover the truth, and our investigation continues.
Rhinaman is set to be arraigned Wednesday afternoon and is being held in the Jefferson County jail.
