Campaign Finances: $2.2M Spent to Push Issue 50
COLUMBUS (Lu Ann Stoia) -- Campaign finance reports were filed with the Franklin County Board of Elections on Thursday.
According to records, $2,266,055.86 was spent by Reimagine Columbus Education -- Citizens for Strong Schools to push Issue 50. At least 72 people have been paid to canvas for the campaign.
As of Friday, $2,239,336.60 was made in contributions to Reimagine Columbus Education.
