Man Sought for Exposing Himself in Grandview Heights
GRANDVIEW HEIGHTS (Ken Hines) -- Police are urging women to avoid walking alone while investigators attempt to identify at least one man who exposed himself in residential areas on three occasions.
Grandview police said a suspect -- fully nude at the time -- was first spotted on June 2 at approximately 2:16 a.m. in the area of Northwest Blvd. between Burrell and Williams Ave.
On June 20, a man exposed himself to 2 females who were walking along W. Third Ave. at Cambridge Blvd. between 10 p.m. and 11 p.m.
During the third incident, a woman said a fully nude man lifted her skirt while she was walking home through a Grandview Heights residential area. The suspect fled after the making contact with the victim, according to investigators.
Victims gave police similar descriptions of the suspect involved in at least two of the incidents. The unidentified man is described as Caucasian, 25-to-35-years-old, with possibly sandy-blonde hair.
Police advise that women in the area carry cell phones while walking and immediately call police if they notice anyone acting suspiciously.
