A woman has been struck by a car in Fayette Co. at Elm and Robinson. No word on how serious her injuries are, but MedFlight is on standby.

Attempted abduction of a female student from Independence HS. A former student who police say is an ex-boyfriend tried to take her from the school. Police are questioning both people.
