Twenty-six-year-old James Watts was arrested Monday morning and charged with setting a fire at a Wal-Mart on Georgesville Road in early July.

Arson investigators told ABC6/Fox28 News’ Steve Levine that an anonymous tip was phoned into Crime Stoppers last week after ABC6 News aired surveillance video of the suspect wearing a red T-shirt.

Fire Investigators say Watts claims he was trying to burn the cellophane wrapper of a DVD he had intended to steal, when the fire started inside the store.
