WANTED: Richard Hedges

COLUMBUS -- The hunt is on again for a registered sex offender who has failed to tell police where he is now living.
Richard Hedges has landed on our Fighting Back Wheel of Justice for the second time!
He has been running from the law for more than 10 years.
He is 62 years old, is 5'6", weighs 125 lbs, and has hazel eyes and and brown hair.

So far this year, a dozen fugitives featured on The Wheel Of Justice have been arrested by police.
