WANTED: James Lee Payne

GROVE CITY -- The hunt is on for a suspected Burglar.
James Lee Payne is wanted for breaking into a Grove City home and stealing more than a dozen guns.
He is 6'0", weighs 206 lbs, and has blue eyes and brown hair.
