WANTED: James Lee Payne

COLUMBUS --Our Fighting Back Wheel Of Justice has landed on a man wanted for stealing more than a dozen guns and rifles.
Twenty-four-year-old James Lee Payne is accused of stealing weapons and a TV from a Grove City Home.
Police say they tied him to the crime after finding his wallet at the scene.
Payne is 6'0", weighs 206 lbs, and has blue eyes and brown hair.

So far this year, 13 fugitives featured on the Wheel Of Justice have been located, including Raymond Tacket III, wanted for theft, who turned himself into Sheriff detectives, saying he was tired of seeing his face on TV.
