COLUMBUS -- The Fighting Back Wheel of Justice has landed on a registered sex offender who has not reported his address to police.
Deon Crawford, 39, is a tier III sex offender convicted of corrupting a minor.
He is 5'5", weighs 115 lbs, and has hazel eyes and blonde hair.
