Woman Shot in Her Whitehall Apartment

WHITEHALL -- One woman is recovering at Grant Medical Center after being shot.
Police say a man wearing a black hooded sweatshirt went into her apartment and shot her.
He took off on foot and is still on the loose.
No word on a motive for the shooting.
The female victim is expected to survive.
