WAYNE TWP. -- Sheriff Deputies are working to determine what caused a deadly crash outside of Washington Court House.
It happened at around 3:30 p.m. Friday on S.R. 753 just north of Rock Mills-Good Hope Rd.
Sheriff Deputies say Phyllis L. Rea, 63, of Greenfield, was killed when she lost control of her van, went off the road into a ditch and eventually collided with several trees. Rea was the only person inside the van, according to investigators who had the road shut down for several hours.
The exact cause of the crash remains under investigation.
