Winter Weather Fatigue

COLUMBUS - There's no hiding from Central Ohio's gray sky. For most people winter has overstayed its welcome.
We caught Kyly Supe as he ran from his car to his apartment on Columbus' northwest side. "I can't wait for summer to come back," he said. "Winter just drags on. The cold. The wind. I really hate the snow."
The Island Club is an apartment complex in northwest Columbus, boasting street names like Bermuda and Montego Bay. But even tropical thoughts can't keep people warm. Kacey Chamberlin said she is more than ready for the frosty season to be over. She told us it feels like the sun set a long time ago. "Do you miss the sunlight?" we asked her. "Yes!", said Chamberlin. "It hasn't been sunny at all this winter."
If the winter blues get the best of you talk with your doctor. Light therapy can work wonders, and you should keep active.
Jose Martinez said he keeps winter fatigue away by keeping busy. "I have my techniques. Workout. Go to the gym. Go for a run. And that's how i maintain my heat."
And with spring flowers popping all over, know that winter can't last forever. Spring begins officially in 15 days on March 20th.
Hopefully the weather will cooperate.
