The Mohawk Cushion Company Fire

MONROE TWP -- Fire crews from five different agencies responded to The Mohawk Cushion Company at 143 Commerce Blvd in Licking Co on a report of a fire.
Granville, Alexandria, and Plain Twp all helped the Monroe Twp. fire department fight the fire just after 6 a.m. Friday.
When they arrived, the building was full of smoke, and they called out a 2nd alarm crew.
Crews on the scene say a large piece of machinery that makes carpet padding caught fire.
The machine itself is 50' by 50' and 20' high. The entire facility is over an acre in size.
No one was reportedly hurt as a result of the fire.
