SPECIAL REPORT: Hospital Freeloading

COLUMBUS -- It’s an expensive place to stay.
More than $1,300 a night. But somehow a homeless immigrant has managed to call Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center home for more than two years.
And guess what? Your tax dollars are covering part of this man’s tab. Nearly $1.5 million dollars.
We also learned that this immigrant from Trinidad has a long criminal record that includes assaulting a pregnant nurse. Since arriving in the United States in 1987, Francis Kirton has been arrested a dozen times in Franklin County.
ABC 6 Investigator Tom Sussi digs for answers in this exclusion investigation.
