COLUMBUS -- A suspected serial bank robber faced a judge today after police say he attacked two officers and tried to skip town.

Joseph miller is accused of three major crimes in just three days.

Police arrested miller after they say he punched two officers, bit one and tried to break the pinky finger of the other.

police say miller's crime spree started on Monday when he held up a US Bank

Tuesday they say he robbed another bank in Whitehall.

Prosecutors asked for a high bond because they say miller was preparing to leave town and head to Atlanta.
