Rain Switches to Heavy Snow in Minutes

LONDON -- A rainy Tuesday evening suddenly turns over into dangerous heavy snow.
London was one of the first cities in central Ohio to be hit with the heavy snow. Nearly an inch in just one hour.
Crews were ready for the snow but the amount of snow caught some off-guard.
"Slow
down and keep the inside of your windshield clean," Robin Jago said. "I just (cleaned my windshield) so my
defroster could work!"
