Prison Guard Who Threatened Kasich is Getting Job Back

LEBANON (AP) -- An Ohio prison guard who was fired after he allegedly posted threats on his Facebook page about Gov. John Kasich is getting his job back.
A state prisons spokeswoman said Wednesday that an arbitrator ruled Jessie Hubbard should return as a Lebanon Correctional Institution guard, but without back pay. Hubbard was fired in January last year.
The spokeswoman noted that the ruling says Hubbard should be notified that future misconduct could result in termination.
Hubbard's termination notice said he posted to Facebook, "Ok we got Bin Laden ... let's go after Kasich next. Who's with me?"
Hubbard said it was part of a joking conversation over a Kasich-backed proposal that would've restricted collective bargaining.
The Dayton Daily News reports Hubbard expects to return to his job this spring.
