Possible Local Victims in Chillicothe Child Porn Case

CHILLICOTHE -- The Attorney General wants parents to talk to their kids about a man arrested for having child pornography.
William Noble of Chillicothe is facing eight charges related to having or giving out child pron.
The Attorney General is afraid local kids could be in some of the hundreds of pictures and videos agents took from his house. Several computers and other things were confiscated from his home.
Neighbors say they saw warning signs. One neighbor said she saw Noble take a picture up a girl's skirt.
"We didn't think it was right," said neighbor Peggy Osborne. "It was kind of a vibe thing. You know when something isn't quite right."
These neighbors say they thought the incident was creepy, but not illegal.
"When I heard (about the charges), my gut just curdled," said neighbor Kerry Osborne. "I do know girls that have spent the night there and it's just sickening."
Noble is now in the Ross County Jail.
