COLUMBUS -- Thieves target a popular Ohio State fan store, stealing OSU sweatshirts and leather jackets.
Thieves busted open the van parked behind College Traditions at 286 W. Lane Ave., late Tuesday night, stealing two dozen Nike Buckeye sweatshirts, worth about $600.
The crooks also ran off with several empty boxes.
You just get upset, store owner Kelly Dawes said. People are stealing from you.
The robbery was the second to take place at the store during January. Two weeks ago, someone walked off with 4 OSU leather jackets, valued at more than $1,000.
Anyone with information about the crimes is asked to call Columbus Police at 614-645-4545
