Updated: Friday, March 15 2013, 09:20 AM EDT
COLUMBUS -- The Franklin County Sheriff's Department is investigating an early morning burglary of the Game On store located in the Lincoln Village Plaza on W. Broad Street.
According to the store's owner, a few things were taken off the shelves, and the crook(s) got away with the previous night's deposit.
Sheriff's Deputies tell us the burglar(s) gained entry into the store by smashing in the front glass door.
The owner says the store doesn't have surveillance equipment, but neighboring businesses do. Detectives will be checking to see if any of those cameras caught anything.
In the meantime, detectives ask anyone with information to please contact the Franklin County Sheriff's Department Detective Bureau at (614) 525-3350.
