NORTHEAST COLUMBUS -- Arson investigators are looking into a Thursday morning business fire in Northeast Columbus.
The Columbus Fire Department confirmed they were called to the fire around 4:00 a.m. at The Breeze Pub and Grill on E. Dublin Granville Road.
Crews told ABC 6/FOX 28 News that the fire started in a utility room at the back of the restaurant and appeared to have been burning for "quite some time."
The bar was closed and no one was inside when firefighters arrived, but they still found the backdoor open and a broken window.
Investigators were on the scene at sunrise and looking into whether something in the utility room could have sparked the fire.
The restaurant's owner told ABC 6/FOX 28 News that his kitchen and dining room suffered no damage and he would open as normal.
