M&S Carryout Smash & Grab
Updated: Friday, February 8 2013, 02:02 AM EST
COLUMBUS -- Columbus police are investigating what is being described as a "smash and grab" at the M&S Carryout at 590 Georgesville Road.
The building's burglary alarm as well as the glass break alarm went off about 4:40 a.m.
The owner says someone smashed into the front door and counter top and stole seven cell phones.
Those cell phones have now been deactivated, making them useless.
The owner says the damages will cost several thousand dollars to fix including the front door, counter top, and the cell phones all together.
Police are hoping surveillance video shows something that may lead detectives to who did this.
In 2012, there were two incidents at the M&S Carryout involving credit and debit cards being misused without permission at the store.
