COLUMBUS -- A 15 year old boy is missing, and his father says its because he was released from Maryhaven by mistake.
Giovanni Farmer Sr tells me he has legal custody of his son Giovanni Farmer Jr who was in the Maryhaven treatment facility to get help and counseling.
He tells me Maryhaven has been a good place for his son, but they released him over the weekend to an aunt, who does not have custody of the teenager, and his dad is very upset.
Maryhaven released a statement from President and CEO Paul Coleman. He says, "They are sorry. They are investigating and will take disciplinary action."
Franklin County Sheriff's deputies are looking for the teen, and Franklin County Children Services is also investigating the case.
