Man Hit Crossing the Street to the Casino

FRANKLIN TWP -- Police responded to a report of a person hit near the the Hollywood Casino overnight.

The man was trying to cross Georgesville Road from a pub to the casino about 2 a.m.

The victim was taken to Mt. Carmel West hospital in stable condition. 

He was able to make his way to the Casino parking lot and was awake at the time the medic arrived.

The driver who hit the man took off and there isn't any description of the vehicle.
