Judge Get Case in Steubenville Rape Trial
STEUBENVILLE -- The judge in the high profile Steubenville rape case is now deliberating the case. This after both sides presented closing arguments Saturday evening.

In another surprise development, the alleged victim took the stand. After seeing the photo at the center of this trial, she cried on the stand, telling the court she did not remember the night it was taken.
Earlier in the day, two of the accuser's friends testified the girl has a history of changing her story.
If found delinquent, the two could be held in juvenile jail until they turn 21.
The judge is expected to issue his ruling at 10am on Sunday. We'll have updates on the air and at abc6onyourside.com.
