Jack-knifed Semi & Diesel Spill

COLUMBUS -- The ramp from Georgesville Rd. to I-270 SB is closed because of a jack-knifed semi.
The fuel tank was punctured, and there is a diesel spill.
No word on when the ramp will reopen.
Slippery conditions may have contributed to the cause of this crash.
