DELAWARE -- A Grand Jury has indicted Ali Salim and charged him in the
murder of Deanna Ballman, a 9-month pregnant mother who was found dead
in her car this past summer.
Salim is charged with nine counts including two counts of murder.
He is also charged with kidnapping, rape, tampering with evidence, assault, and abuse of a corpse.
Ballman's mother says she was answering a Craigslist ad in New Albany and Ali Salim is likely the last person to see her alive.
The Delaware Co Sheriff's Office is planning a 4 p.m. press conference to release more information.
Salim has been arrested at his New Albany home just after 12 p.m.
