HILLIARD (Maria Durant) -- The City of Hilliard’s law director finds herself in trouble with the law.
Last Tuesday night Hilliard police pulled over Law Director Tracy Bradford for a traffic violation.
Police stopped her at Smiley and Polley Roads.
Police Dash Cam video shows Bradford taking a field sobriety test. Once finished, police handcuffed her and put her in their cruiser.
Bradford has been charged with OVI.
On the dash cam video, police say she had two glasses of wine before being stopped.
Bradford’s attorney says his client’s license suspension has been lifted. He says before she was stopped she was having dinner with her husband.
She was distraught before being pulled over.
Attorney Brad Koffel says bottom line if you had some alcohol over a period of time, if you’re upset and your eyes are already red, you could be picked up for OVI.
