COLUMBUS -- Three years after Minister Billy Howard was murdered while
shoveling snow in front of his East Side home, the killer remains on the
loose.
Howard's wife thought her husband had suffered a heart
attack when she found him slumped over in their back porch on Bulen
Ave., but soon discovered he'd been shot.
Howard, 55, died en route to the hospital from a bullet wound in the chest. Police say his wallet and car keys were missing.
Anyone with information is asked to call Columbus Police at 614-645-4545.
