COLUMBUS -- An eye-opening viral video showing people what to do should a gunman storm their offices is getting attention in central Ohio.
The video, produced by the city of Houston, is called Run. Hide. Fight.
It now has more than 2 million views on YouTube and office workers right here in Columbus tell ABC6/FOX28 they've seen it.
"Kind of brought to light some things you don't necessarily think about," said Randy Davis who works in Columbus.
Employees with the Ohio Public Safety Department have watched it too.
Lt. Anne Ralston, who speaks for the Ohio State Highway Patrol and Homeland Security, says the six minute video is well worth your time.
"We made it available for all our employees to watch we thought it was so important it was so realistic and gave the same tips we would want them to do," said Lt. Ralston.
Ralston says everyone should have a game plan in mind should something happen at a workplace, a movie theater or school.
