UPDATE: Chase Ends in Crash in Delaware County

SUNBURY -- Delaware County Sheriff Deputies were chasing a suspect when the suspect`s car crashed, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
It happened on a stretch of Wilson Rd. near Blue Church Rd. at about 9:00 p.m. Thursday.
Troopers say the suspect's car flipped over multiple times.
He was taken to Grant Medical Center in Columbus in critical condition.
Deputies are now releasing how the chase began. They say they were at a gas station when the suspect pulled up, saw the deputies, revved his engine and peeled off.
They are also saying it was clear he was intoxicated.
The suspect's name is still not being released.
