Central Ohioans Brace for Bitter Blast

COLUMBUS -- Dangerously low temperatures have people in Central Ohio bundling up.
Record low temperatures hit our area with snow flurries throughout the day.
Weather forecasters say with the wind chill factor, temperatures will will like 13 below zero.
Experts are recommending people stay indoors and to limit their outdoor exposure to 10-15 minutes at a time.
