Cell Phone Store Burglary

COLUMBUS -- One suspect is in custody after he broke into a cell phone store on East Broad Street.
Police got a burglar alarm report at United Cellular at 3487 E. Broad Street.
When they got to the scene, the burglar was still in the store but took off on foot.
Police chased him down several streets and tased him.
They did apprehend the suspect at S. Weyant and Brentwood.
The burglar had used a rock to smash the window and counters.
Several cell phones were stolen. Police were able to recover some of those cell phones and returned them to the owners.
The owner turned some surveillance video over to the police to look at and determine the exact timing of the events.

CLEVELAND (AP) -- An official says a charity set up to help the three women freed from a decade of captivity in a Cleveland house has raised more than $480,000 so far.
