Body Found in NE Columbus Dumpster Identified

COLUMBUS -- Homicide detectives have identified the deceased male found in a dumpster in Northeast Columbus.
On Friday police and medics responded to a report of a body found in a dumpster in the area of Ponderosa and Sierra Ridge Drive.
Detectives have identified the man as 32-year-old Nathan P. Birdsall.
When police arrived, they found Birdsall wrapped in what appeared to be a blanket or sheet.
There were no visible outward signs of trauma to his body like blood or a gunshot wound.
The cause of his death is not available at this time.
