Meet Doctor Hutta
When you look for an orthodontist you want someone who is caring and sensitive to the needs of his patients. You want to know that your orthodontist is educated and experienced with both traditional and leading-edge technologies.
Being an orthodontist requires dedication, training, and a passion for helping people change and improve their lives. Establishing relationships with my patients and watching how orthodontics can change their lives is the most satisfying part of my profession. When you become a patient in our practice you become part of our orthodontic family, and every time you come into our office we strive to make it a pleasant experience. We are passionate about what we do and our commitment to our patients. We are not only a doctor and orthodontic team; we are also parents, grandparents, patients, and people with needs and concerns just like you.
For most people, a beautiful smile is the most obvious benefit of orthodontics. After your braces come off, you'll feel more self-confident. During your treatment, we want you to feel as comfortable as possible.
How orthodontic treatment works
Orthodontic appliances can be made of metal, ceramic, or plastic. They may be removable or they may be brackets bonded to the teeth. By placing a constant, gentle force in a carefully controlled direction, braces slowly move teeth to a corrected position. This is a great time to wear braces! Gone are the days when a metal band with a bracket was placed around each tooth. You can often choose brackets that are clear or metallic, and sometimes you can choose the color of the ties that hold the wire in brackets. Wires are also less noticeable than they used to be, and the latest materials move teeth faster with less discomfort to patients. (click to learn more)
