WHEEL OF JUSTICE: Allee Toles

COLUMBUS -- The Wheel of Justice has landed on a fugitive who's a no show in court.
Allee Toles, 33, is accused of forgery, and has been on the run since February 2011, when he failed to appear in front of a judge.
Toles is 5'10", 200 lbs, and has brown eyes and black hair.
