COLUMBUS (Camille Doty) -- Central Ohio Crime Stoppers are offering an award for information connected to a shooting on Eastmoor Boulevard.

They say 24-year-old Christopher Moeller was shot four times in his front yard on December 10.  He had just finished taking a final exam at The Ohio State University.

Police say the victim was shot by an unidentified man who demanded the car keys, but did not take the car.

Moeller remains in a coma at the hospital.

Investigators say the victim was shot with a Taurus 410 gauge handgun, also known as "The Judge."

They say the unusual the weapon used in the attack could help identify the shooter.

"This is not a throw away gun," says Gerald Milner with Central Ohio Crime Stoppers. "It's like a pitbull. It makes  a statement for you without you saying anything."

Anyone with information is encouraged to call Columbus police at 614-461-TIPS, or text a tip to CRIMES 274637, keyword CMH.
