UPDATE: COTA Shooting: Suspect Turns Himself In

UPDATE (5/14/2013) (Kellie Hanna) -- Columbus police say Anthony Saunders III turned himself in overnight and is now being held in the Franklin Co. Jail.
Saunders is expected to be in common pleas court before a judge Wednesday morning for his arraignment hearing.
UPDATE (5/13/2013) (Kellie Hanna): The investigation has revealed Anthony T. Saunders III to be the shooter out of this incident.
A warrant for Felonious Assault was issued for Saunders arrest.
Keniece Wyche was also charged with one count of Tampering with Evidence for disposing of evidence during the incident.

COLUMBUS (Shawn Kline) -- A COTA bus rider was on the wrong bus at the wrong time after being shot in North Columbus.
COTA's Line 4 bus was struck multiple times by gunfire near the corner of East 8th Avenue and North 4th Street.
According to witnesses on the bus at the time, the driver immediately sped off before stopping and notifying police near the corner of East 18th and North 4th Street.
Police say a rider on the bus was shot in the head.
The victim, Amy Develvis, 39, was taken to OSU's Wexner Medical Center in critical condition.
According to police detectives, she's expected to survive.
Police state a red Chevy Impala was seen leaving the area after the shooting.
Detectives say the car's rear window was partially shot out.
No arrests have been made and no suspects have been named.
