One Line Coffee

COLUMBUS -- Coffee connoisseurs and curious consumers can really get to know their cup of joe at One Line Coffee in the Short North.

"Things that we consume a lot of, we start to become more interested in where they're coming from, and what they taste like, and what are the differences, and how can I enjoy this more," co-owner Mark Forman said.

About three months ago, Mark and his father, Dave, opened One Line Coffee -- and it's not just another joint for a caffeine jolt. They only sell coffee roasted on site. They taste their coffee through a process called "cupping."

"You know a cup of coffee is a simple thing, its a simple pleasure, we kind of take care of the hard part so that people can just enjoy it," Dave Forman said.
