Where to start? Newark Wildcats have came a long way this and last year. Although we have our ups and downs (just like every other school) we still have amazing staff and students. I have grown up in the newark area all my life and seeing our basketball team win the state championship and our band rank number one is only the start of it! You really have to give it to our new great principal Mr. Fullen and all the great teachers for keeping up a school of almost 2,000 students! And lets not mention all of our school spirit; come to one basketball, football, soccer, or any other game and you will see how far we go. You can't even make it to the student section sometimes, it's so packed with Newark Wildcat fans! Way to go cats, lets keep it up! LETS WIN THIS!!! GOOOOOOOO NEWARK WILDCATS !!!!!!!!!! -class of 2010

Our students excel in many areas and one of our proudest moments was being crowned the 2008 Div. 1 Basketball champions. We are definitely a cool school.

Like us or not, we have one of the most diverse campuses in central ohio-everyone is different. Our school is just like a small college. We have 2,000 students, and 10 buildings (just at our one school). I think you'll agree that we rock when you visit our school on Friday. GO CATS!

We were the 2008 district champions in baseball, we were the 2008 DIVISION 1 STATE CHAMPIONS in Basketball (props to Greg Avery), and our school is always in the news for some reason. Let me tell you, them CATS cannot be beat(in Basketball anyway).

my school is great were #1 in basketball we are# 1 in band an our teachers are the best the teacher i loved he most was my freshman english teacher miss T.Miller. I love our college campus type high school we have 10 buildings and get to breathe fresh air everyday in between classes. I think Newark is sooooo awesome. We have the best teachers. They aren't like some teachers at other schools like the one i moved from. The teachers actually care about the students and not just about their paychecks.Our new principal Mr. Fullen is a great example he is really enforcing the rules. We have fun we are not an ordinary school. We have 10 buildings and a college type campus. We get to enjoy the fresh air in between every class. We don't just stay inside all day and we have 5 minutes in between each class so that we can use our cellphone and talk to our friends so that we don't talk in class.

It is just a great school with a lot of team pride. It has a very unique set up. It is very simalar to a college campus and has 10 bulidings and is over 50 acres large. Our school had a building condemned right before school started this year, but the Administration made the necessary changes to open school on time. This affected the Elementary, Middle School and High School. School was not delayed, and the teachers and students adjusted well. The student section knows a lot of the cheers and cheers the players on along with the cheerleaders. BVHS has a ton of great after schooL programs for the students. Since the schooL is kind of small everyone knows everyone !!

My school is cool because just everything about us is great! We have superb acedemic programs, including honors and colege-prep classes for the more accelerated students, and easier courses for the students who are struggling. Also, we have UH-MAZING school spirit. Every football game we have a HUGE stdent section filled with cheering fans. Also, we have a great athletic progream. our football team is playing better than they have for a long time, also, the 300-meter hurdles champion, Ethan Freet, is a Senior here at London. we are just an all around amazing school. Our teachers and Staff are the best, and the student body is amazing! I don't know how anybody couldn't think LHS is a cool school!!!

I think Westland High School is cool as a result of how all the students and teachers have came together in light of the recent tragedy of the shooting of one of their students. They honored Garrett at the Saturday night football game, they have painted the school rock in his memory, they have initiated a fund raiser for his family and they have been the leading cause of huge support from the community as a result of their actions

The reason why my school is cool is because we are very versitile . Here at GLHS we have students that help each other.People who help in class and in the hall ways. I recently got knee surgery and have crutches. Not until now did i realise how many people care and are concerned. About 5 times a day i will hear someone say get well soon. I am a student at London, and I go to London High School. I think what's so great about London is that we
aren't just a boring school, because we have cool teachers, like Ms.Wiegel who teaches math, my favorite subject. We also have sports that are so much fun. I cheer and play tennis, and tennis is so fun. It's a great way that my school keeps me active, too! I think London should be recognized necause we also have the biggest raider fans in the student section cheering London on at football games. Our school has active kids, it seems that everyone does a sport or plays a part in band, cheering on our raider, which all ties us together as London Red Raiders.

With a huge building, many different types of classes, and great teachers London High School offers a meaningful education to over four hundred students. Every teacher does their absolute best to help students grasp their curriculum and pass the OGTs. A wide range of courses can be taken from Mythology to Woods 1. There are also different levels to courses and specifically designed Honors classes that can help to guide students into what they love to learn. New languages have been offered to students, particularly a French program. Every year the school grows and comes closer to what the students want with the help of Principal Kieb who always has an ear to listen to suggestions. Our sports program is also very impressive, considering the Track and Field State Champion attends London High School. London High School is a great place to attend.

This past summer, 16 London High School seniors volunteered for a total of 142 hours, delivering Meals on Wheels to elderly homebound residents of London.

When you come in as a freshman you know all of your friends from your grade, but by the middle of the year to your sophomore year, there's a good chance that you'll know basically everyone. Overall, London High School is a fantastic place to go to school. I'm a senior this year and I've always said that I'll be so excited to graduate. Now that I know the time is coming, I'm gonna be sad to leave London High School behind.

London is a great school, not only because of the teachers that are great at teaching, or because they can also connect to the students, but the students make this school great. Now I'm not going to lie, we don't have the greatest football team, but, as far as the student body goes, we have an awesome one of those. Even if the football team is losing say for example 14-36 or something like that, our student body wouldn't be down and saying to themselves we've lost, they keep cheering until the end of the game, until the final whistle blows, even after the game they cheer because they support the sports of London and their friends who are on the team of those sports. I have been to a few football games and other sporting events, while at those events i've noticed that other schools aren't as supporting; if their team is losing you won't hear that many people cheering, if we're losing, the crowd never shuts up, they never quiet down. Over!
all this has been quite an enjoyable high school career to be apart of and after graduation this year it's going to be missed greatly.

A dual Judaic and General Studies curriculum, Columbus Torah Academy--or CTA for short--teaches young minds to not only think for themselves, but to think from a variety of viewpoints, whether it be learning to use the scientific method and the aspects of the theory of evolution, or studying a piece of pottery from Meggido and looking over what the rabbis thought about the 7 days of creation.
CTA also has an amazing athletics program, especially in basketball, where last year's MVP David Schmelzer showed his stuff.
Not only that, but CTA teaches midos, or righteous traits, and the meaning of helping people in your community.

Our school is cool because we have an amazing performing arts center. We put on semi-professional level plays (dramas & musicals) because we have a wonderful staff dedicated to the kids. Mr. Womack designs incredible sets and does a great job teaching his students. We also have a GREAT music department. Mr. Long is wonderful and teaches the kids to "always keep a song in your heart." Chorale travels all over the place to entertain at hospitals, for war veterans, and many, many other venues. You will not have a better opportunity in the performing art than the one you will have at PHSC.

We are family at this school. Our principal is an enthusiastic leader who sets a friendly, accessible tone with the students. He is a wonderful communicator. The teachers are very dedicated and many have worked for the district for 20-30 years! Student population is diverse and getting more diverse all the time, which is CELEBRATED at PHSC. Also our school library ROCKS. The library staff welcomes students and takes student suggestions for books to buy. A lot of students like to hang out there. Experiential education is what Graham is all about. School is from 9-4 and on Mon., Weds. and Fri. we have academics all day. All students go out to job sites on Tues. and Thurs. and do volunteer work. You get a high school credit for this work if you do well and you must do this to graduate. Also,the teachers are young and energetic! Classes are created by the teachers and they teach what they are interestd in so the classes are fun and super interesting. Class sizes are small and you are grouped with kids of all grade levels according to your ability. Graham is never boring!

Village Academy is a small multicultural college prep/arts school. We have less then a hundred students in our highschool but it is one of the best kept private school secrets. Most students at Village Academy are what we call "lifers" they've been at Village Academy since first grade and most of us have grown up together making us all really close. We have the opportunity to participate in a lot of different clubs, organizations, and sports. There is a variety of different activities and classes so everyone's interests are met. The students at Village Academy are permitted to have input regarding administrative decisions that affect them. The teachers are always available to help us be succseful. Our long time mascot the Griffin truly embodies our school with the courage of a lion and the wings of an eagle. VA is too cool for school!

We are having a freshmen orientation on August 21st from 6-9 PM. We are serving food, motivational speech by Bill Conley, former assistant football coach for OSU and noted #1 college recruiter in the country by ESPN, introduction of staff and organizations, presentation to parents regarding career development by Sue Andrews, and team buiding and getting to know you exercises in the gym led by teachers followed by a tour of the school and getting schedules. This will be a fun, upbeat and motivational orientation for parents and students and wil hopefully help new students feel more comfortable the first day of school and ready to make the most of the upcoming school year. Studies show how critical the freshmen year is to the success a student has in high school and beyond. We are addressing this issue. We truly hope you can come!!!

Many students have attended GCA since preschool. It is like having a second family. Everyone knows each other and is always praying for each other. We have awesome high school students that love to go out into the comunity and serve. Because we are so small, most of our students in high school are involved in sports, National Honor Society, Student Council, music department and working hard to stay at the top of their class. We were blessed last year with a cool new gym for the high school and new rooms for our preschool. Next we hope to help the elementary play ground. Our new superintendent was one of our 1st grade teachers, then our elem. principal and now superintendent. How cool to even have the staff grow up at GCA.
