COLUMBUS (Tara Morgan) -- A former OSU band member says she was sexually harassed and fired director Jon Waters made sure it didn't go any further.

The woman asked that we not reveal her identity.

She says she was in the band during the 2008-2009 season and while Waters was assistant director.

"For a few months I didn't do anything but when I finally had the courage to tell Jon Waters he was entirely on my side," said the woman.

She says the harassment happened after football season and not on band time.

"He let the rest of the band know be careful around this person," said the woman.

She wants the university to dig deeper in their current investigation.
