COLUMBUS (Chris Vanocur) -- Anger appears to be rising over the shooting death of a young man in the Dayton area.

John Crawford was killed by police earlier this month at a Beavercreek Walmart. According to reports, Crawford was holding an air rifle when police took his life.

Wednesday, a dozen activists protested at the U.S. Attorney's office in Columbus.

These protestors want Attorney General Eric Holder and the Justice Department to launch a civil rights investigation.Anger Growing over Police Shooting at Ohio Walmart
