COLUMBUS (Lisa Rantala/Sean Rowe) -- Two teenagers accused of opening fire inside Eastland Mall in East Columbus are facing charges.

ABC 6/FOX 28 obtained at least a dozen 911 calls made by customers and employees at the mall last Friday afternoon.  In one call, a police dispatcher is heard telling a dispatcher with the Columbus Division of Fire, "I'm in there all the time.  It scares me to death."

Police arrested 18-year-old Homer Hill and his friend Isaiah King, 16, last Friday. Officers say the teens both pulled out  guns when they saw someone they knew and who had previously shot at Hill.

When Hill tried to fire his gun, police say it "malfunctioned."

Police say King tried to finish the job, pulling a gun from his waist band and firing several shots.

Police say King missed the intended target, with stray bullets striking shoppers Arthur Felder, 63, and Jermaine Jones, 17, in their legs.
Both victims are out of the hospital and Hill faced a judge Monday, ABC6/FOX28 News has learned. His bond was set at $500,000.

Hill’s mother told ABC 6/FOX 28 that she cannot post the bail and she did not know her son even had a gun.2 Teens Face Charges After Shooting at Eastland Mall
